PNEUMATIC BLENDING
Gentle, Quick, Clean & Efficient

Pneumatic blending is one of the quickest,
cleanest and most efficient methods to obtain homogenous batches of powdered,
granular, or abrasive materials in transporters, atmospheric bins, or storage
silos. Unlike a conventional blender, a pneumatic blender puts the user in
control by providing the ability to customize a blend.
Nol-Tec's
Model 244 and Model 277 Pneumatic Blenders are equipped with either six or
twelve wear-resistant aerators mounted around a housing cone. When the aeration
valves are pulsed, gentle blasts of compressed air are injected into the center
of an unblended batch at various angles to gently lift the materials upward and
outward until the blending target is achieved. The blending action can be
optimized by adjusting the air pressure, pulse frequency, or on/off duration.
Built with few moving parts, Nol-Tec's pneumatic blenders have
long service lives and require minimal maintenance. Aeration valve assemblies
are externally accessible and can be quickly and easily repaired or replaced
on-site.
Standard Features:

- Ceramic valve seat directs air into material at various angles
- Abrasion resistant urethane valve
