Nol-Tec's Bulk Bag Unloaders are designed to accommodate a variety of bag styles and sizes. Our hoist-and-trolley model makes it possible for a single operator to safely, quickly and easily lift, support and move a bulk bag into the hopper without the aid of a forklift. The hopper discharge's unique design allows the operator to effectively secure and seal the spout of a tied bag. A confinement box prevents product leakage and dust from escaping into the environment. Mechanical agitators knead the bag to promote a smooth, continuous, free-flowing stream of material from the bag into your process. The base section of either model can accommodate a screw feeder, air-activated gravity conveyor, rotary airlock or pressure vessel. To ease assembly and field installation, the units may be shipped complete or in multiple sections.
